Very good earplugs, soft and high-quality silicone. The box comes very complete; it doesn't cancel the noise 100%, but it reduces it by about 70% if you need less noise around you. They are comfortable, do not hurt, and fit very well in the ear and ears.
If you want earplugs that really make you "hear almost nothing," I recommend wax/silicone ones, which are better for sleeping, etc.
